Things were winding down for the night, but not for Caroline. Even after an entire day working on the problems of a loose nest of mantis men or the latest project of discouragement beams and their possible and unfortunate side effects on test subjects, her mind was still tuned into science, but of a different nature this time, one that wasn’t as stress inducing, a quiet, familiar and relaxing science that both she and Mr. Johnson were fond of.
He did have a ‘sweet tooth’ after all.
She busied herself in the dormitory kitchens, gathering her needed supplies; flour, sugar, eggs, chocolate and…

She gasped, nearly dropping the cake pan on the tiled floor, her head swerved over to see a red haired gentle leaning on the door frame.
” Oh, Mr. Lutece, you startled me, I didn’t even hear you walk in.”

I was saying something about how all my friends are prettier then me and all i have going on is that i have blue eyes but being tall is bad, and that im overweight even though i have a large frame and really?
being 167lbs and having a large frame and being tall is not overweight…
It’s true. Your weight sounds about right for your body type. Take into consideration your muscle weight too. I maybe 5’2 in height, but I’m 173 in weight! It’s all muscle though, even if it looks lean, except on my legs where it does show because I climb so much.
But it’s not your weight you should worry about, it’s your overall health. There are plenty of people who are bigger in body type, but they’re just as healthy as their thinner counterparts, thin people can get health problems if all they eat is junk, it’s not just a fat person problem. If you take good care of your diet and exercise a bit each day (it doesn’t even need to be a hard workout), even if you don’t see a change you’re doing a huge service for your body and will feel a difference in energy and stamina.
As for beauty, all in the eye of the beholder. :) I never considered myself to be pretty, not even cute but apparently I was proven wrong by Ben and my other co-workers. We are the worst critics to ourselves. What’s actually really attractive is personality, confidence and knowing/accepting yourself as you are. You will be comfortable in your own skin and it will show to others around you.
I know I’m the most pessimistic person you know, and I tend to be very fatalistic but I do know that having at least a little positive outlook can make a world of difference.
I hope you feel better, hon. I hate seeing people hating themselves, you have so much going for you and you’re loved by many, even if you don’t realize it.

I half-agree though, Carly and Ben are not the Luteces but are in fact Weasleys, it makes too much sense for them not to be. You know how fascinated they are with muggles.
